  Honesty=priceless! I called on Labor Day weekend for a stopped up drain in a rented condo. The tenant ended up unstopping the unit, I called and canceled the service call with no problems. I received a call 2 weeks later saying they charged my card by accident and that they were sorry and have refunded the charge. That is priceless in today's world and Executive Air will have my business forever!
