  We were very disappointed in the Condo, very dated and old. We were told we could not sit our short beach chairs down at the water if we did not rent the beach chairs or own a condo. Treated as if we were low class and had to move to the end of the row of chairs where there is very little space to place a beach towel. Didn't realize if you owned a condo there, you owned the beach and water in front of your chair! Hmmmm, good question for an attorney. Would not recommend to anyone to stay in this Condo.

  LOVE THIS BUILDING!!!!! 702 is a gorgeous newly renovated beach front condo! Well done! We will stay here again!!!
