  There was a lady working in the electronics department who I wanted to recognize. Her name is Lisa. She is one of the sales managers.
  She was extraordinary. I have owned several businesses over the years and know with certainty that the key to success is having employees that really care. Lisa is one of those individuals.
  When I walked out of your store today I felt welcome and appreciated. Most of all I felt like I had made a friend.
  Thank you Walmart for getting it right.
